Q: How long does shipping take?

A: We process orders in 1–2 business days using ShipStation. U.S. orders usually arrive in 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–21 business days, depending on where you live.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes! All U.S. orders over $75 ship free. If your order is under $75, there’s just a flat $5 shipping fee.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Absolutely. We ship worldwide. Flat rates apply: $15 for Canada, $25 for Europe/UK, and $30 for the rest of the world. International customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: 100%. Every order comes with tracking. You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships out.

Q: What if my package is lost, delayed, or returned?

A: If your package is lost or stolen, reach out to us at support@streetdoggangster.com If your package gets returned to us, we’ll contact you and help arrange re-shipping (you just cover the re-shipping cost).
